Entrepreneurs and Innovation Process

Innovation being an eternal topic has become more and more important in each domain. Many useful innovation methodologies are discussed and studied comprehensively. Knowledge and consciousness are required to be a successful innovative entrepreneur.

Innovation thinking means a breakthrough action, which can re-structure the related knowledge and experience to get a brand new and valuable achievement. Generally speaking, innovation thinking process is in a circle model (Gao Changqing, 2005). Based on the knowledge and experience, ‘primary information input’ can be transformed into ‘information output’ with innovation action (Huang Kezheng, 2005) Different innovation methodologies have different ways to organize the knowledge, experience and different methods to deal with the information input.

It is not easy to be a successful entrepreneur and especially when such a rapid changes occur every day. Entrepreneurs need to be able to keep their paces with time tide and innovate constantly. Innovation ability is like a trademark of a successful entrepreneur.
