Importance of Interpersonal Role in Progressive Organizations

Interpersonal and Professional relationship with reference to progressive organizations:
· Concerning or involving relationships between people (interpersonal)
· Conforming to the standards of skill, competence, or character normally expected of a properly qualified and experienced person in a work environment (professional)
· A worker in a paid occupation that usually requires a high degree of training and skill (professional)

Proactive and reactive:

Taking the initiative by acting rather than reacting to events

For example:
There are some people who always seem to be starting new projects. These projects are not always very sound and not even particularly creative. The point is that such people seem motivated to be proactive, whereas most people seem to be reactive.

Task dimension group:

A group that has values within implication pattern, goal object and percept dimensions

Long lasting relationship with example:

· Relationships are a vital part of human life.
· From the kids in pre-school class, to the junior executive who needs to get ahead in his career, to the business owner who needs to give his workers a sense belonging;
· The establishment of every successful relationship is effective communication.
· To build a sound relationship, you need to learn how to express your exact feelings to the other person.

Long lasting, solid relationship is what everyone dreams of.
Keep balance in Work, family, finance and personal issues for long lasting relationships.

Managing Jealousy at Workplace

Almost everyone declare jealousy as stupid and consider it as a time waster and destructive thing for the organization. Nothing good can ever come of it, so there’s definitely no room for it in the workplace. If a co-worker gets a project or a promotion that an entrepreneur wanted, then don’t spend time stewing over it or lamenting that it should’ve been for the organization. Instead, turn the opportunity around.

An entrepreneur must have to use the situation to motivate him/herself and the team members as well to work harder, to achieve more so that next time he/she be the one who gets the chance to make the big deal or who gets the big client or the big raise for the organization.

He/she must initiate the team work behavior among the whole working staff so to achieve team aims and that just can’t happen when there’s an underpinning of resentment. Also using someone else’s success can be used to fuel own/team’s motivation.

The Spirit for Entrepreneurship

Successful entrepreneurs feel that a life risk is essential in life and without risk there is kind of almost no taste in life. Who wants to live a life without risks? Almost everyone but being an entrepreneur it is like death of the business that if no risk is in there. One can never achieve any success or happiness in life without taking risks. But in business, an entrepreneur can greatly minimize the severity of the risks by simply planning.

Another key to successful entrepreneurship is doing something what he/she love. The people who are successful in business and in their personal lives, are doing something they really love to do. There are many people who start businesses that they aren’t really interested in. And therefore, they don’t put their whole heart and soul into it and they fail.

Also one must have sufficient knowledge and experience in the area he/she decide to pursue as well. For example, if one want to start a antique shop, he/she must need to have good knowledge and experience in the field of old items. Many people for example, have started bars and cafe just because they have some good recipes. But because they didn’t have any business experience in the restaurant industry, which is one the reason they failed.

A common pitfall in both personal and professional life is that people create rules for themselves and then don’t know when it’s appropriate to break them. Being an entrepreneur he/she must not lock him/herself into just one game plan. Flexibility is one the most important requirements for success.

So, all in all its not only the spirit but a mixture of spirit and a calculated risk which can make someone a real and successful entrepreneur.
